Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We use either Royal Mail or a reputable courier, depending on the size and weight of your order. We may ship your order to you in several shipments. We deliver within UK mainland only. All orders will be charged £4.99 as a contribution towards the packing and carriage per UK address.
Delivery Schedule
The New Eden will endeavour to ship all orders within 14 days subject to available stock. If there is a delay beyond the normal 14 days period we will contact you by email to inform you of progress with your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
1. Cancelling an order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email at sales@theneweden.com
before we have dispatched the goods to you.

2. Changing your mind.
Goods that are being returned to us due to you changing your mind must be returned to us unopened and in perfect condition, within 7 days of receipt. You will then be entitled to choose from a full refund, replacement or credit note. The customer is responsible for paying all returns costs under these circumstances. Please notify us of your intentions to return goods by email at sales@theneweden.com

3. Defective items
If the item is defective please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect. Upon receipt, we will refund the cost of the item, original postage and return postage. Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit. Please notify us of your intentions to return goods by email at sales@theneweden.com

This returns policy does not affect your statuary rights

We take customer dissatisfaction extremely seriously and will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible.

Please note that if on close inspection, we have reason to believe that the fault occurred due to wilful damage, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by the customer, we are not obliged to cover postage charges or offer a refund/replacement.

You are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery method, which can be easily tracked E.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
